Information we collect
- Account details you provide — name, email, billing information, and company details.
- Service data — the content, sites, databases and workloads you host with us.
- Technical data — IP address, logs, and usage metrics needed to operate and secure the service.
- Support communications — messages you send to our team.
How we use your information
We use your information to provide, secure, bill and support your services, to communicate about your account, and to comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal data.
Cookies
We use essential cookies to operate the site and the customer dashboard, and privacy-respecting analytics to understand aggregate usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
Data location, retention & security
You can choose to host in our EU regions (Stockholm, Frankfurt) or our US region (Ashburn). We retain account and billing records as required by law and delete service data on request after account closure. We protect data with encryption in transit, access controls, network hardening and always-on DDoS mitigation.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, and to object to certain processing (for example under the GDPR or CCPA). To exercise these rights, contact hello@nordicventures.com.
Subprocessors
We use a limited set of vetted infrastructure and payment subprocessors strictly to deliver the service. A current list is available on request.
Terms of service
By using NordicVentures you agree to use the service lawfully and not to host malicious, infringing or abusive content. Plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis and renew at the same rate you signed up at — no renewal price shock. You can cancel at any time; fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law or our uptime SLA credits apply.
We provide the service on a 99.99% uptime SLA for eligible plans. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the prior month, and the service is provided “as is” without warranties beyond those expressly stated.

We may update this policy as our services evolve. Material changes will be announced on this page with an updated date above.
